As our artworks are produced to order and custom-made, specific return conditions apply. Below are the most frequently asked questions.

Can I return my order?

Our artworks are produced especially for you. Therefore, returns are generally not possible, in accordance with the legal exceptions for custom-made products. Do you have questions about the dimensions or material? Please contact us. We are happy to help you.

What if my artwork arrived damaged?

Did your order arrive damaged? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via info@zeeuwsmeisje.nu, stating:

Your order number

clear photos of the damage and packaging

Together, we will find a suitable solution.

What if I received the wrong product?

Did you receive a different artwork than ordered? Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will, of course, resolve this correctly for you.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation is only possible as long as the production of the artwork has not yet started. Therefore, please contact us as soon as possible with any questions about cancellation.
